Update Regarding COVID-19 Recovery from LECO Corporation
LECO Corporation remains committed to ensuring the health and safety of our global workforce, while also maintaining business continuity and support for our customers throughout this ever-changing business climate. This letter is to update our customers on our current state of business and order delivery times.
Operations
Our facilities remain 100% operational; however, we are currently affected by a nationwide staffing shortage that impacting order production and delivery times. Supply Chain
When supply chain issues became a concern more than a year ago, LECO secured large quantities of some commodities in order to stay ahead of potential supply chain shortages. This proactive investment has left us with a healthy supply of most parts. However, we still continue to see part shortages and delays almost weekly. Some of our more specialized instruments have been experiencing on-going shortages to integral components such as motors and flight tubes. Instruments and products with parts shortages will be delayed beyond original order estimated completion dates. Delays vary based on the type of parts and the instrument affected. LECO will reach out to you if you have an order affected by parts shortages.
Instrument Installation and Service
Visits from our Global Support Team, including equipment installations and serviceability calls, are continuing as permitted in accordance with local and business regulations. If you have a question regarding a scheduled installation or service call, please contact 269-985-5531 (in the US) or your local LECO office. Customers are welcome to visit our facilities for in-person classes. Up-to-date information on customer training classes can be found on leco.com under the “Resources” tab.

更新された当社の対応についてお知らせいたします。
稼働状況
当社の施設は100%稼働していますが、COVID-19による人員不足のため生産と納期に影響が出ています。
当社は必要な部品をあらかじめ確保する事でサプライチェーン問題による部品供給不足の影響を最小限に抑えることに成功しておりますが、それでもいくつかの主要な部品において欠品や入荷の遅れが発生しております。そのため機種によっては当初の予定よりも納品が遅れる場合があります。
今後も状況を注意深く観察し、納期遅延などの発生が予想される場合は速やかにお知らせいたします。
