Warren Customer Experience Center.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In unserem Customer Experience Center in St. Joseph, Michigan, verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber ein voll ausgestattetes metallografisches Labor, in dem unser Team aus Metallografen eine Probe durch den gesamten Prozess der Vorbereitung f\u00fcr die Analyse begleiten kann. Sobald eine Probe bei uns eintrifft, machen sich unsere bew\u00e4hrten LECO-Experten an die Arbeit und bereiten sie vor, beginnend mit dem Schneiden von Schnitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h4-style\">Abschnittsbildung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Schneiden einer Probe ist oft notwendig, um ein Teil auf eine handhabbare Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zu reduzieren. Die Analyse eines Querschnitts einer Probe ist wesentlich einfacher, solange der Querschnitt repr\u00e4sentativ f\u00fcr die gesamte Probe ist. LECO bietet verschiedene Modelle von Schneidemaschinen an, die f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl von Labors und Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufen geeignet sind. Wenn Kunden eine Probe einsenden, erhalten sie fachkundige Beratung dazu, welche Schneidemaschinen und -verfahren von LECO f\u00fcr die jeweilige Aufgabe am besten geeignet sind. Bei der abgebildeten Probe erwies sich der Einsatz unserer neuen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/de\/instrument\/cx300-prazisionsteilung\/\" data-type=\"instrument\" data-id=\"2236\">Trennmaschine der CX300 Serie<\/a>. Diese S\u00e4ge ist unglaublich vielseitig und zuverl\u00e4ssig, was sie zu einer gro\u00dfartigen Wahl f\u00fcr viele Labore macht. Diese Probe wurde in mehrere verschiedene St\u00fccke geschnitten, um den gew\u00fcnschten Teil f\u00fcr die Analyse zu erhalten. Nach dem Schneiden der Probe ist der n\u00e4chste Schritt das Einbetten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained m\u00fchelos durch die Probe, w\u00e4hrend Wasser den Bereich k\u00fchlt. 3) Schnitte der geschnittenen Probe.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h4-style\">Montage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Montage ist ein wesentlicher Schritt in dem Prozess, der h\u00e4ufig durchgef\u00fchrt wird, um sicherzustellen, dass die anderen Schritte einfach und ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df ausgef\u00fchrt werden. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/de\/metallographie\/montage\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2373\">Probenvorbereitung<\/a> beinhaltet das Einbetten der Probe in eine Einbettpresse mit Einbettmittel (typischerweise ein Epoxidharz), das aush\u00e4rtet und eine Scheibe um die Probe herum bildet. Das Einbetten kann nach einem Kalt- oder Warmverfahren erfolgen. Diese Probe wurde nach dem \u201cWarmbettungsverfahren\u201d mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/de\/instrument\/montagepressen\/\" data-type=\"instrument\" data-id=\"2257\">Der MX500 von LECO.<\/a> Es ist jetzt viel einfacher zu handhaben, Randschichten und Beschichtungen bleiben besser erhalten, Kanten sowie potenziell weiche oder spr\u00f6de Bereiche sind besser gesch\u00fctzt, und die Probe ist vollst\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr die Verwendung mit einer automatischen Schleif- und Poliermaschine geeignet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained verschiedene Schritte sind, sprechen wir oft gemeinsam \u00fcber sie, da beide Schritte mit derselben Maschine durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Das Schleifen einer Probe erzeugt eine flache, ebene Oberfl\u00e4che und entfernt alle R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde, die vom Einbetten zur\u00fcckgeblieben sind. Das anschlie\u00dfende Polieren stellt sicher, dass tiefere Kratzer von den Schleifmitteln entfernt werden, und hinterl\u00e4sst eine perfekt glatte, ebene Oberfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr die Analyse der freiliegenden Mikrostruktur. Schleifen und Polieren k\u00f6nnen von Hand durchgef\u00fchrt werden, aber das l\u00e4sst Raum f\u00fcr menschliches Versagen.
