La microestructura y la dureza de su muestra deben ser reveladas, y usted debe poder confiar en que lo que est\u00e1 viendo es lo que realmente est\u00e1 ah\u00ed y no algo que se cre\u00f3 inadvertidamente en las etapas de preparaci\u00f3n. El primer paso es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/metalografia\/seccionar\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2374\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Seccionar<\/a>. Un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo no requiere la pieza entera, sino una muestra representativa. Seccionar el componente en cuesti\u00f3n reduce una pieza potencialmente voluminosa a una secci\u00f3n transversal manejable que expone el \u00e1rea a analizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de seccionar la muestra, se debe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/metalografia\/montaje\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2373\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">montado<\/a>. La muestra se asegura en un material de montaje apropiado que permite retener el filo y se desgastar\u00e1 a la misma velocidad que la muestra en futuros pasos de preparaci\u00f3n. Si bien existen atajos que pueden reducir el tiempo o el costo del montaje de muestras, no existen atajos para usar la temperatura, el tiempo y la presi\u00f3n adecuados durante el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una muestra montada luego necesita <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/metalografia\/molienda\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2368\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">molienda <\/a>para crear una superficie plana y uniforme. Se debe eliminar cualquier residuo potencial del proceso de montaje o da\u00f1o del proceso de corte para exponer la microestructura real de la muestra. Es importante seguir enjuagando los desechos para alejarlos de la muestra mientras se lija, y el paso de lijado no debe considerarse terminado si la muestra no luce uniforme al final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/molienda\/\">Polaco<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/metalografia\/molienda\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2368\">i<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/molienda\/\">ng <\/a>la muestra remueve los rayones m\u00e1s profundos dejados por los abrasivos de desbaste m\u00e1s \u00e1speros. La superficie se vuelve brillante y reflectante, y cualquier defecto restante deber\u00eda ser indicativo de fallas en la propia muestra, en lugar de una creaci\u00f3n del proceso de preparaci\u00f3n metalogr\u00e1fica. No es suficiente simplemente desbastar una muestra hasta dejarla plana para un an\u00e1lisis preciso de microdureza. Los rayones dejados en la muestra pueden deformar las indentaciones de la prueba de dureza y causar imprecisiones en las lecturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si est\u00e1s analizando la microestructura de tu muestra, te conviene grabarla inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del pulido, para evitar que la oxidaci\u00f3n afecte tus resultados. Especialmente cuando se est\u00e1 iniciando en el grabado, es mejor realizar este proceso en varios pasos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que intentar grabar la muestra por completo de una sola vez. Como suele decir Dave Coulston, metal\u00fargico corporativo de LECO: \u201cNo se puede deshacer un pastel\u201d. Si grabas en exceso una muestra, no hay vuelta atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin importar si grabas o no tu muestra, el an\u00e1lisis metalogr\u00e1fico es el paso final. A trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/metalografia\/prueba-de-dureza\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2369\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prueba de dureza<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/metalografia\/microscopios\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2371\">microsc\u00f3pico<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/es\/metalografia\/imagenes\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2370\">an\u00e1lisis de im\u00e1genes<\/a>, se podr\u00e1 conocer mejor la composici\u00f3n de tu muestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding
