Les donn\u00e9es de PAF aident \u00e0 identifier l'humidit\u00e9 et la carbonatation, qui peuvent nuire aux performances du ciment. Avec la perte au feu fractionn\u00e9e automatis\u00e9e utilisant\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/fr\/instrument\/analyseur-thermogravimetrique-tga801\/\" data-type=\"instrument\" data-id=\"2243\">Le TGA801 de LECO<\/a>, les laboratoires peuvent obtenir des r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9taill\u00e9s de perte au feu \u00e0 deux temp\u00e9ratures distinctes en un seul essai continu, ce qui am\u00e9liore l'efficacit\u00e9 et la coh\u00e9rence des tests de perte au feu du ciment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2-style\">Comprendre l'analyse de la perte au feu fractionn\u00e9e (Split LOI) pour les applications cimenti\u00e8res<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'analyse traditionnelle de la perte au feu du ciment mesure la perte de masse totale apr\u00e8s le chauffage d'un \u00e9chantillon \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (souvent jusqu'\u00e0 1 000 \u00b0C). Bien que cela fournisse des informations pr\u00e9cieuses, elle ne permet pas de distinguer les diff\u00e9rentes sources de perte de masse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'analyse de la perte au feu fractionn\u00e9e r\u00e9sout ce probl\u00e8me en d\u00e9terminant la perte de masse dans deux plages de temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifiques. Dans les applications cimentaires, ces temp\u00e9ratures sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>550 \u00b0C<\/strong>\u2014cette temp\u00e9rature est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la perte d'humidit\u00e9 et de mati\u00e8res volatiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>950 \u00b0C<\/strong>\u2014cette temp\u00e9rature est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9composition des carbonates et au d\u00e9gagement de dioxyde de carbone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En calculant la diff\u00e9rence de masse r\u00e9siduelle entre ces deux \u00e9tapes, les laboratoires peuvent estimer la teneur en dioxyde de carbone et en humidit\u00e9 afin de mieux comprendre la composition de leur ciment. L'un de ses principaux avantages est la capacit\u00e9 d'effectuer des essais de perte au feu fractionn\u00e9e automatis\u00e9s en utilisant une seule m\u00e9thode et une seule intervention de l'utilisateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois les \u00e9chantillons charg\u00e9s et l'analyse lanc\u00e9e, le TGA801 chauffe automatiquement l'\u00e9chantillon de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante \u00e0 550 \u00b0C et enregistre la perte au feu. Il poursuit ensuite directement jusqu'\u00e0 950 \u00b0C et enregistre la deuxi\u00e8me valeur de perte au feu. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, il calcule la perte au feu fractionn\u00e9e et totale sans interrompre le cycle, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y a pas de manipulation r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e des \u00e9chantillons. Ce flux de travail de perte au feu fractionn\u00e9e \u00e0 intervention unique \u00e9limine le besoin de recourir \u00e0 de multiples m\u00e9thodes ou \u00e0 une intervention manuelle entre les paliers de temp\u00e9rature, ce qui r\u00e9duit le temps d'analyse et minimise les risques d'erreur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">L'automatisation \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 la vitesse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'automatisation de l'analyse fractionn\u00e9e de la perte au feu (LOI) peut am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la productivit\u00e9 du laboratoire. Le TGA801 permet d'analyser simultan\u00e9ment jusqu'\u00e0 19 \u00e9chantillons de ciment, ce qui le rend parfaitement adapt\u00e9 aux tests de contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 du ciment \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit.
