Basicamente, uma liga \u00e9 apenas um metal modificado. Superligas s\u00e3o semelhantes, mas esses materiais de alto desempenho espec\u00edficos s\u00e3o mantidos em um padr\u00e3o mais alto. Elas s\u00e3o tipicamente \u00e0 base de n\u00edquel, \u00e0 base de cobalto, \u00e0 base de tit\u00e2nio ou \u00e0 base de ferro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ser classificada como uma superliga, a liga deve ser capaz de funcionar de forma confi\u00e1vel sob temperaturas extremamente altas, possuir resist\u00eancia e estabilidade superficial superiores, e deve ser resistente \u00e0 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o por flu\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica. Forte resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o caracter\u00edsticas das superligas, mas \u00e9 importante notar que elas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o imperme\u00e1veis \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do tempo se medidas protetoras n\u00e3o forem tomadas. Infelizmente, mesmo quando medidas protetoras s\u00e3o tomadas, contaminantes como o enxofre amea\u00e7am tornar essa prote\u00e7\u00e3o in\u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2-style\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--2-xl)\">Por que a prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A oxida\u00e7\u00e3o afeta negativamente uma superliga ao enfraquecer sua resist\u00eancia, o que com o tempo pode levar \u00e0 fragiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 fissura\u00e7\u00e3o. Como materiais de alto desempenho, como as superligas, s\u00e3o usados e confiados principalmente em ind\u00fastrias como aeroespacial e de energia nuclear, \u00e9 crucial que esses materiais tenham o desempenho esperado. Falhas de material podem significar a diferen\u00e7a entre a vida e a morte, em algumas circunst\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Controlando a Oxida\u00e7\u00e3o com Oxida\u00e7\u00e3o Seletiva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default wp-block-paragraph\">Para tornar as superligas ainda mais indestrut\u00edveis e proteg\u00ea-las contra a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o, realiza-se a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o seletiva. Com a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o seletiva, as superligas s\u00e3o projetadas para oxidar de maneira a criar uma camada protetora de material oxidado que \u201ccobre\u201d a liga, impedindo a invas\u00e3o de oxig\u00eanio na estrutura interna da liga. Contudo, isso significa que, para continuar protegendo a infraestrutura da superliga, a camada oxidada protetora precisa permanecer est\u00e1vel e intacta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2-style\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--2-xl)\">Enxofre: Uma Amea\u00e7a Perigosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A presen\u00e7a de enxofre, mesmo em n\u00edveis tra\u00e7o, pode interferir no processo de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o seletiva. O enxofre degrada essa camada protetora, deixando a superliga vulner\u00e1vel \u00e0 oxida\u00e7\u00e3o negativa e encurtando sua vida \u00fatil. Portanto, a determina\u00e7\u00e3o precisa do teor de enxofre, at\u00e9 o d\u00e9cimo de micrograma, \u00e9 fundamental para garantir o desempenho ideal e a longevidade nas superligas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma t\u00e9cnica de queima que proporciona confian\u00e7a total<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default wp-block-paragraph\">Historicamente, a \u00fanica maneira de determinar com precis\u00e3o n\u00edveis ultrabaixos de enxofre era com\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leco.com\/pt\/analise-central\/espectrometria-de-emissao-optica\/\" data-type=\"coreanalysis\" data-id=\"2139\">espectrometria de massa por descarga luminescente (GD-MS)<\/a>, devido \u00e0 sua alta sensibilidade.
