To our valued LECO customers, 

As you are well aware, the last several years have been met with some of the greatest challenges for modern businesses. This letter is to update our customers on order delivery times for LECO instruments. 
Instrument Delivery Times 
Situations beyond our control have forced us to re-evaluate our sourcing portfolio and identify new vendors with which to do business. As you know, quality and precision mean everything to the laboratory industry. Validating that new suppliers are able to meet our strict quality standards, combined with heavy order volumes, means our customers may experience longer delivery times for instruments. 

Please note these timelines are in addition to quoted ship times. Please contact your Sales Engineer or Customer Experience Agent for more information. 

  • Analytical Instruments: 6-10 weeks
  • Met Equipment (with the exception of the MSX Series): 6-10 weeks
  • GDS: 8-12 weeks
  • Separation Science (mass spectrometers): 6-10 weeks

In addition, our MSX Series is experiencing delays from our vendor anywhere from 3 to 12 months.

LECO does not have the capacity, at this time, to accept orders with “guaranteed” delivery dates. All orders are given priority within the order they are received.
